Costs - Flexible and transparent pricingCosting is simple. There are two price plans to choose from, depending on what’s best suited to your business.PAY-AS-YOU-GO is a simple 'cost per email sent'. The unit cost is calculated at the end of each calendar month, and depends on how many emails you have sent that month. This option is mainly recommended to businesses who have a small to medium sized database and who are not looking to send out regular campaigns on a monthly basis. VALUE PLAN is where you pay a fixed monthly fee, allowing you to send a specific number of emails per month for one price. This is under contract for a minimum of 12 months and is designed for businesses that want to send out campaigns on a regular basis and benefit from a set budget. We invoice once a month at the start of every month for the emails sent, in the PAYG instance or for the set monthly charge under the value plan option. There is a one off set up fee to cover the administration of setting up your account otherwise there are no extra charges or hidden fees and you can store as many campaigns, address books or graphics as you like. emailshot runs over the web, so there are no hardware costs or software licenses required. Everything is hosted on and sent from our servers so there is no extra burden on your own infrastructure or ISP. We also offer other bespoke paid-for options which might appeal to your business such as email template design and writing the content for your campaigns. We have a lot of experience in producing newsletters. If you'd rather not take it on, we will do it for you. Don't forget that once a template's in there, you can make any ongoing changes yourself - so there's no long-term commitment.
