HTML email creator/editor

Emailshot allows users to be totally creative with their HTML messages using a simple point and click design.  Using this system, users can choose their own fonts, colours, pictures, logos and links.  It also allows users to embed the essential unsubscribe link into the template from a dropdown menu. And, if there isn’t time, users can import any HTML template from a previous campaign and edit it there and then to create a totally new one.  Worried about customers not being able to open it? You can create a plain text version of your email and is as easy to use as a word processor - no technical or web design necessary.

Campaign manager

The campaign manager function enables users to create and manage their HTML messages. There is no limit on the number or size of messages that can be created and stored.  The campaign manager allows the user to schedule their messages when they will be sent and will allows the user to send a test to their own email addressso you can see how it will look.

The campaign manager also archives old campaigns so that they can be reviewed or reused in the future..

Address book manager

Databases can be uploaded from virtually any software package and can be as large or small as required.  There is also no limit on the number of address books stored in this area.  The address book function identifies duplications in lists so that recipients are only receiving one message.

Reporting Centre

The reporting centre allows users to view how many of their sent campaigns have been delivered, opened, viewed, forwarded and links clicked on.  It gives a full breakdown of recipient specific data of who has done what with your email. Recipients can also send a reply to the sender and can unsubscribe there and then.

The reporting centre also provides a list of hard and soft bounce backs; hard being a wrong email address and soft being an out of office response. The reporting function enables the user to filter off ‘hot prospects’ – those who have explored your message further, clicked on links and want to know more.

Delivery and Security

Using emailshot enables the user to monitor the emails that have not been delivered from your address book.  A hard bounceback means that the email address is possibly wrong and a soft bounceback means that the recipient has an autoreply.

A strict anti spam policy means that we ensure our clients are not spamming and unlike overseas providers, we are bound by the UK's stringent Data Protection Act, providing extra assurance as to the security of your address books and other data.
