Harold inherits the family reclaimation yard... and decides to make a few changes.
There’s an existing mailing list, and naturally his very first move is to migrate this onto emailshot.
However, the sheer number of hard bounce backs and unopened emails reported on his first campaign shows him that the list is hopelessly out of date… and that their previous email marketing was probably ineffectual.
So he creates a new campaign asking customers to re-subscribe if they’re still interested in receiving emails, and offering them three bob off their next purchase if so. From this he gets a new, validated mailing list, and can build from here.
