Powerful personalisation optionsemailshot personalises emails on two levels: by campaign and by individual.Individually, you can go to great lengths to personalise your emails. As well as the obvious first name and last name options, you can utilise up to ten completely user-definable fields. If you use these to store your recipients' company name, for instance, or perhaps the date that they last ordered from you, then you can integrate these into your emails to create highly personalised communications. You can set default values for each address book. For instance, if you don't have the first name of some of your customers, you might want these to receive emails that begin 'Dear Valued Customer' instead. All these fields can be accessed, edited, imported and exported via the address book manager screen - it's all done by selecting options via drop-down menus.
