Support and customer serviceWhilst emailshot is a web-based application, we put great emphasis on personal customer service.All clients are given full support whenever they need it during UK office hours, via email or telephone. Our office and entire technical infrastructure is based solely in the UK. That means we're here when you need us. Check our frequently asked questions section which covers some of the most common queries we've been asked. 'Support' doesn't necessarily mean 'there is a problem' - you might want help with a particular feature, or want us to talk to your own technical people if, for instance, they're developing code to integrate with emailshot. The thing to remember is that we're available and contactable - something our clients say is vitally important to them.
